I recieved this information from my Mom whose school is setting up this charity ride. It's a ride to raise money and awareness for Neuroblastoma, a cancer that targets children.

When: Saturday, May 12th
Sign In: 9:00AM
Ride starts at 10am

Donation: $25 Minimum
-Proceeds benefit Dr. Folkman's Neuroblastoma project at Children's hospital in Boston.

Where: Starting in Amherst, NH and ending at the VFW in Medway, MA

CRUISE FOR A CURE- APRIL 2007 UPDATE!



Things are moving along and May 12th is coming quickly. All the little details are starting to fall into place. Cruise for a Cure will start at Merrimack Valley Baptist Church in Merrimack, NH and end at the VFW in Medway, MA. Registration is at 9 AM on the morning of May 12th and the ride will begin at 10 AM. There is a beautiful route mapped out along back roads all the way to Medway. The Merrimack Police Department has been instrumental in helping us create a safe and successful ride. But we still have a long way to go. We need everyone’s help to stop Neuroblastoma! Please consider making a donation or ride in Cruise for a Cure.



How do I donate?

We need your help! We are looking for donations of all shapes and sizes.

1. Make a Deposit! Please visit your local TD Banknorth branch and make a deposit directly into the Cruise for a Cure account. Please reference William Werner and Cruise for a Cure.

2. Mail a Check! Send your check to: Cruise for a Cure

How do I register?

Although you can register on the day of the event, we are trying to get an approximate head count. Please let us know you are going to ride on May 12th. Please call Bill at (603) 521-5183 or send an email to Cruise4Cure@yahoo.com. Email us your name, mailing address, contact phone number, and number of expected riders. Thank you for your help with this.



What else can I do to help?

1. Spread the word- let everyone know about Cruise for a Cure!

2. Ask your family, friends, and co-workers to make a donation.

3. We are still looking for sponsors to fund: Ride T-shirts, wristbands, the celebration at the VFW in Medway, portable toilets for the start and checkpoint, and snacks and drinks for riders.
