So quite an eventful day yesterday. First off Dangerz0ne & Triumphdog awesome riding with you guys yesterday....even tho we got a lil lost ended up riding on some nice CT roads and ate at the Vanilla Bean for the first time
What you guys did miss out on was the first session of our demo ride. About half way thru after taking left at a traffic light we see a local cop lights flashing coming towards us, and we think nothing of it and move to the shoulder so he could go by. WELLL next thing you know he busts a U-turn and pulls over the whole group!! And here is the kicker....the the group leader BAILED on us.....well not only did he bail the mofo went down the street and pulled over into a side street hiding. We were than told by the cop the reason for the stop was because he got reports of a group of bikes racing up and down a street (riiigghhhtttttt). Anyways he took our license ran those and checked the plates of the bikes than let us go our merry way back to the dealership.
Oh and Dennis will be getting his trophy and t-shirt sent to him in the mail

holy shit man. See that's when you guys should have just taken those ducs for like the longest demo ride ever down to the bean again and back. That whole operation was so friggin sketch. Captain ducati went hiding!? that's just classic. I almost wouldn't have believed you without the pictures.

Wow, funny about him bailing. He mentioned he had some trouble yesterday. I thought it might have been some bs he puts in all of his pre-ride talks. Great job getting some pics.
The group leader seemed like a good guy, and he led a spirited ride, more than I expected for a demo.
I lucked out and got some extra demo rides. I got bumped from the multi due to a screw up and all the other's were open slots from no-shows while I waited for my own demo ride after the last group.
The GT1000 supprised me. I never would have been interested, but that's a nice bike.

Hey all,
I'm new to the forum as this is my first post.
I was the control rider ( the one in the pic, not the one that bailed) on Friday and Saturday for DNA.
I spoke with Mark from Wagner Ducati today and he told me there were pics of us getting pulled over on Friday so I had to come and check it out. Funny stuff!
I'm in the Worcester area so if any of you want to get together and ride shoot me an email.
A group of the Ducati Monster list people are getting together on Sunday to watch the Moto Gp race at Juniors Pizza and Grille on Shrewsbury st. in Worcester if you want to come and join us.
Welcome aboard Tom-Post another thread in the rides and event column if you are interested in getting people together. Its probably more visable there.
When I first saw this thread, I thought maybe it was you who bailed-but then saw you in the pictures.
