Hey...someone with a New Multi needs to show up for this...I'll even pay for it! Unfortunatley, I'll not be available to have mine dynoed....but, inquiring minds want to know and it's a good cause! Bill...Giles...come on, I know you're out there!

And folks...this is a party...no appointments taken! Hang out and talk about your individual awesomeness. And play with the dogs.

Remember its all for a good cause - $20 to see how much power your bike makes AND it all goes to those that are less fortunate

Re: Dyno Shootout @ SSC on 10/16

I'm going to try and make it. My SV is bone stock, but having a "before" dyno run is quite helpful for any subsequent modifications.

Besides, I'll never use all that power....

No custom map work today - it usually takes a few hours to do a custom map but at least you'll have a good baseline to start with before you do a custom map

Is the dyno just power numbers or can ya stick a sniffer up the kaboose for a/f ratios, too?

It's nice out... might have to take a ride up either way.

Just got home. Everyone was very enthusiastic and helpful. Lots of nice bikes there and lots of people coming and going.

The completely stock 08 SV650 generated peak hp of 65.24. I'll never use all that power.... Air/fuel is consistently lean. All typical of a stock FI SV, frowm what I've heard.

my k1300s put down 148.92 today...hoping to break into the 160s after my winter mods. apparently it's very doable once all the emissions stuff is "fixed" and new maps are done.

112hp. Little fat in the middle, made for a little dip in the curve. Gotta get the PCIII in my basement installed & have a custom map done at some point.
