Drove in to work today. First time I ran into black ice on the bike. Hung on and didn`t do anything stupid so I stayed up . HID definitely saved my ass and let me see it early enough to react. Be careful if you are out early today.

I started my season yesterday. I banged out 100 miles of errands after work. I quickly realized that I used less than 2 gallons of gas and not over the 6.
I was careful thins morning. I saw the water in my back yard had a skim layer of ice.

Just came back from a 120 mile ride and there is sand freaking sand everywhere (Northbridge, Douglas, NE CT, Sutton, etc) be very careful, my R6 was sliding everywhere!

Just took a ride down to our datacenter to "swap out some servers"... really just an excuse to ride 50 miles and take 1/2 the day to do it... morning was pretty cold but coming back was amazing, no water, no dirt, just a fair amount of wind

Got back 45 mins ago. put on 200miles. Met Peter Kates from GMD. Cleaning the bike off.. Lots of water run off, especially in Billerica. Met up with WildBill at BMS for a few mins.
Been out and back and I didn't even crash this time.
The seventy eight was runnin mint! I had her up to 89 on the highway in full tuck downhill with a tailwind.

Glad to see you again Ken. Hope the rest of your ride went well. In a few weeks I should be ready to take longer (like 200 mile) rides. When we left BMS I went home and had lunch and then took another 80 mile ride. What a mess the bike was when I got home and I just finished washing it.
My hand was getting sore by the end of the ride, and I have PT tonight that should be fun.
