I have to go to York tomorrow and I would like to take the bike with out hitting the hight way for the whole ride. Does any one know a Rt that I could from Manchester to York ?

how far out of you way are you willing to go to avoid traffic?

I am hoping to keep it to a 2/hr to get there and the same thing going home.

not sure what part of manchester

get yourself to Candia and take rt 43 to northwood
go straight across Rt 4 on rt 202/9 in 1/2 mile take left on 202A
stay on 202A as you are comig into Rochester take first laft after you go thru the Spaulding tpk underpass
at stopsign by BurgerKing/HomeDepot take left on Rt 11/North main st
get on spaulding tpk north then quickly get off on chestnut hill rd/ Rt202 exit
follow 202 toward East rochester, at second light take right on Salmon Falls road
follow salmon falls road to Berwick
in Berwick take left on Rt 9
at light by Cumberland Farms take right on Rt 236
follow 236 thru South Berwick till you get to Rt 91
take Rt 91 into York
