I work in billerica right off exit 28 on route 3 north. Anyone close by? If not Mystery are you going to be holding up a NESR sign.....

Rte 3 north at the Drum Hill Rotary (Rte 4) is a hellava mess today and sure to cause delays - even at night. Traffic headed north on is often backed up till 7 to 8 pm.

Mystery I don't know the area too well, but if anyone is meeting around the lowell connector......it will be cool. Otherwise it's hard to read directions while on the bike.....
