Sheppo what's with one of the sales guys over there. Wasn't you but another guy. I was lookign at that KLR you guys have for 2995 for my uncle. You weren't around, my uncle had cash in his pocket, we asked the guy if he could do any better on the price. He said NO. We walked away. Not good customer service.
Sad to see Hilsgrove leave parts too. Now I go in there and it's like asking for the world when I ask for my 10% race discount. Seeing how moms sponsor a race team and all.

Not sure who you talked to. There is NO reason whomever you talked to should have acted like that. There is always a little room or atleast he should have gone and talked to the GM to find out. IF there was actually no room $ there is always other incentives. I am sorry you were treated so badly.
I can't comment on Hillsgrove leaving I don't know his whole deal I am sure he got good a better deal at Seacoast. Please, next time your in say hello.
