This is all contingent upon the date of course, but...

would this event need/want to have some audio equipment set up? We'd be willing to provide the musical entertainment for you.

If we are available, we'd be interested in attending.

I plan on doing this on a Saturday with a Sunday rain date. If it rains that entire weekend (which ever weekend it ends up being), it'll still be held on a Sunday. Ya'll just hafta DRIVE then...

Once the dates are all set, I'm gonna go git the grub based on the number of people that say they're going. So it basically boils down to this being a rain or shine event...

I'm a divorced single dad and usually have my daughter every weekend unless I have "advance plans" and pre-arrange something different with her mom.

So, if I had enough advance warning on the date, I would definitely be all over this event.....even in the rain. It's only about a 35-45 minute ride for me from the "big city"...lol.
