If you have only been getting day licenses you will have to get another. If you picked up an annual license (they take your pick for it and give it to you) Then your all set for the year. If you go more than twice a year it's worth getting the annual for $25.

Any one who goes for the first time should get the day license first. If they decide that they really like it and will do it agian then upgrade to the annual before they leave for the extra $15.

i'm down for F1 even though I can't race cause i'm too fat for the carts

From the F1 site:

You must be 18 years of age or older (21 years of age after 8 p.m.) and a licensed driver to race. We do offer Youth Racing Schools and leagues for our younger drivers (age 7-17).

F1 huh... i cant believe i didn't think of that!

Only thing is... i want to go do something social... and you cant drink at F1 if your driving carts!

so... how about... F1 early afternoon on saturday... say 2 or 3 or 4?

then for those of age we head to a bar from there for some eats and extended play time!

basically i just wanted to say that if you go on Sunday there's no Day License crap to deal with... it's just a flat 20 bucks per 20 lap race... by far the best deal IMO, even better than getting an annual license. I've been there like 20 times & have done about 100 laps & haven't even bothered getting an annual license except for the first time i went cuz i wanted to reserve track time for myself & a couple buddies.

Sunday 20 for 20 is where it's at

only problem w/ this is I usually like to go around 11am to make sure the group i'm in can all get in... and it's inconsistant... sometimes we all get in w/in 1/2 an hour of getting there, but every once in a while it seems like everyone had the same idea as we did & we don't all get in the same race for 3-4 hours

Only thing is you can't drink before you race. They put a band on your wrist when you get there if your racing. If you have the band on you can't drink, if you don't you can't race. After your racing is done they just cut the band off at the bar.....

I'm pretty sure it's like 1pm-4pm for the public and it's club type races after that on Sundays?
F1 has a nice bar, resturaunt, and pool tables so it can be as social as the people going

Dunno, not really up for F1, can't stand that place really (hard to have fun as a competative person when you are instantly gauranteed to lose all races due to weight). I'd gladly meet up for drinks with some of y'all sat night, or sunday night, whateva, but F1? Not down with that... pricey drinks, shitey racing, shitey carts, eh...

IMO, this should be two different events and not even on the same weekend. Personally, I would not be able to make the trip to Boston and back on two consecutive days.

someone threw out the idea of going to F1 (a cart track with a bar and such) and then Oreo said that sunday is the best deal for racing. People seemed down for that.

I am not avail for Sunday either so if we can get an idea for Sat night cool. I don't care if there are 2 get togethers (gtg's) but I think that we need to nail down a place for Sat night.

I know that there was a lot of talk about BB and JIllians. I know some will not go to BB. Personally - I don't care. I suck at pool. I would play but not for $ cause I'm broke and suck.

If jillians has a dress code then personally I don't want to go cause I will be in jeans and a t-shirt.
