Back to the BEAN II

Weather permitting, I'm a headin' back to the BEAN Sunday
I don't know the roads west of the Bean, but that doesn't discourage ME... If it's gggggoooiiinnngg tttooo bbbbbeee nnnnniiice this weekend, I wawawawannna llleeave WaWaWaWorcester in the A.M, and be at theBBBBBEAN for a COFFEE! (JUST PRACTICING FOR WHEN I AM FREEZING MY BALLS OFF!)
Ride west a bit and loop back for some lunch,and then act like a baby and HEAD OUT,...before the Sun passes the horizon!
There will be some backroads on the way to the BEAN.... ...........

Sunday 11/23>------Starting at a coffee shop(Lalajava) on RT.9 in Shrewsbury,(its just east of RT.140, about 1 mile) say at 11:00. I'll be there at 10:30 for a bagel and coffee up. If we leave at 11:00, take some backroads to the Bean, we'll be there about Noon. A lunch break/coffee, and ride west a couple of hours, and head back before the temps drop. This is pretty much a local ride for ME>------------
I know the ride is going to depend on what the temps are in the A.M.,but I will be at the coffee shop regardless and willl do the ride if its ABOVE 40 degrees. Mother Nature will dictate this ride for the most part! I hope to see some people there, but I realize its getting late in the season, and if you don't have the gear, a ride in cold temps just isn't fun.......

I don't take my bike off the road until I see the first sander/salter truck out....So if the weather takes a turn for the worse, I'll still be up for a ride on a later date

I might be in for this, maybe Vanson cruise tomorrow, then the Bean on Sunday. If it's 50ish I will be at the BEAN at noon. Anybody from SE Mass headed there?

..... from your place, being WEST of Shrewsbury, Lalajava is before Home Depot and it is in the WESTbound lane. Its across from Ragsdale's or the new Wagner BMW building. Mike , if you see Rt.140 traveling west on RT.9 ,you've passed it.

Had a blast today guys! We were cranking on 49N Wow..
Who was it that said we would be taking it easy today?? (Hmm? Gary??) That didn't last long!

I hope my squidlyness didn't bother anyone.. I was having a little fun out there!

Well if that was the last ride of the year I am dam glad it was as spirited as it was! Hopefully we can squeeze a few more rides in.
Next week I will lead a few routes from MotoMarket & to MotoMarket.

Great to meet you guys today - fun ride... A little chilly going home Brrrr... Felt bad for MasterPo - that's a long ride back to Boston alone.

What was with that portion of 14a before 395? Telephone poles in the middle of the road - that was trippy !

I gotta say that was insane riding on Rt 49,had a blast though. I took a nice long hot shower to thaw out when I got home. It was little frosty to say least on the ride home. Great day, looking foward to riding with you guys again. Pics should be on the way.

Kev, I can not save those as the kodak file says I can, I right clicked/saved as choose my file to save to and it does not work. Can you download onto your pc and send them directly to me by an attachment.
Did any software come with your camera for downloading the pics? If so you can use that to open/resize and save to you computer rather than using the kodak site...

Ride safe, too many accidents this year.

Great weather, glad ya had fun (I am missing out up here). Far from Rte. 49, but atleast I am close to Route 100

Be cool if someone recorded a ride. As soon as I get some money, I will mount a digital camcorder on my bike. Phalla, I think your camera takes about 30 seconds of video...enough to show someone dragging a knee or two
