    Post Seacoast Covered Bridges Ride

First, thanks to Charles for opening up the shop and the DD coffee.

Thanks to all the riders who arrived ON time Fueled UP! Even Junior was under the wire! And extra thanks for EVERYONE riding smart and well. 38 riders after we picked up Manny and not a complaint from anyone. Fantastic. Thanks too for putting up with the dirt roads. I appologise for that last one...we were waved on by a 'friendly' who assured me the road was passable. In a Duck Boat maybe...!

Thanks to Walt Sielgal for opening his shop! He's a great guy and does some beautiful work.

The General Store was ready for the invasion and I trust everyone was happy with lunch!

12 Bridges by my count....! Pity about the Trebuchet but at least now I can CALL it a Covered BridgeS ride!

Home now safe and sound...will post up some pics tomorrow.

Thanks again all NESR riders are a great bunch and always fun to hang with!

Time for a long HOT shower!

Great ride to finish off the Season, thanks for putting it together Dave!
Hell of a group we had today, I think it was definitely the largest I've been on. All safe and sound this time as far as I know.

It was good to see everyone and I look forward to next year, have a good Off Season Peeps!!!

Dunno if I'd say that... I got irritable a few times, but I'm pretty sure it was directly related to me just being hungry

Beautiful work is an understatement... Now I know who I'm going to after I hit the big time to build me a bike.

Had a great ride today guys. I was expecting it to be more of a slow cruise ride, but I have to say I had a blast even with 38 riders. You were all a great group of guys. Would love to do it again. Thanks Dave for a great ride!

Whom ever took the camera pictures today, put up a link. I would love to get a copy of them.

And yes....My baby is certainly getting a good bath and wax down after that ride.

The trebuchet was up and working... well, the 'NEW' Trebuchet was up and working. Second day of use and they doubled their distance. I was riding bye and saw some commotion. Stopped in for an hour or so. The original is retired, and the second hand guy 'Chuck' built a new one. Should be cool, it's very different. Vid's to be posted tomorrow. Glad you all had a good ride. I let a 'rolling couch' ride today and aside from my tire not behaving we had a good day too.

Another epic ride, Dave. Thanks for a whole season of them!!

(Good thing I thought ahead to wear my special mud suit and mud gloves while riding the SV1000s mud-tracker. Made going through the mud puddle - twice - that much more special! )

Did you guys pass through Westmoreland, NH? If so I passed you on my SV650S heading out of the curves.

There were some onlookers on the side of the road that were giving you some dirty looks, lol.

Thanks Dave, for putting together a great ride.
and we had great weather all day long.
please send our thanks to Walt Sielgal for letting us all view his amazing work, and check out the shop. man you would never think a shop like that was in such a great spot.
Dave, do you have the gps route file for that ride? I would like to do that one again.
the varying terrain (street/dirt) was all part of the fun.
I thought it was great how even with that many riders, it was still a good pace.
Not knowing where the hell we even were was also part of the fun.
    Can't wait for next season.

Thanks again Dave for a great ride!

Re: Post Seacoast Covered Bridges Ride

Two people (looked like a guy and a girl) passed by me and my buddy yesterday on 93N in NH. I wonder if this was two people heading home from this cruise.

The front bike was either a speed triple or something make to look like a street fighter, the second was a ninja 250 w/ exhaust.

I was on a black zx6r and my buddy was on a cruiser.

    Yep...

If you point to my website and select Maps from the left you'll find several routes. These are .gbd files though. I think you need Garmin app to read them. Maybe someone knows how to convert those into something less propriatary?
