I'm down if the weather is above 45 mid-day. Just have to change the oil and check tire pressure.

I've been dying for a long ride ever since getting back home and seeing the bike.

Abouts what time? Taking wife to airport in a.m. and would like to go. rt.28 to jays is more like several miles of moguls. But thats what the race tech upgrade was for

Just did the 40+ mile shakedown ride since valve adjustments and typical winter worx. Happy days are here again.

You hit it on the head! I'll just strap a damn shovel and pick to the trump and dig my way to yer house. Fuggin fug!

I won't be back from the manch airport till at least 11:30. 109 from moultonbourgh to the melvin village area have been tragic in past. Being you're ridin springy you should be less than dire. I don't want to sound like a fuckin hen but watch the shoulders for ice/snow. Came across several with runoff/refreeze in the right lane.

109 is pretty rough all the way from wolfeboro to moultonboro, so is 109A, been on both within the last few weeks, I might try 171, exact route is up in the air, around the lake is just a short ride around 100 miles

Netra will be playing in da dirt. If ya go 171, feed the rainbows at the cloud (if its clear and low). They repaved the water rd last fall. Nice place to jump off and enjoy the absolute quiet. plus the monster trout I want to catch at 2 am with a fly line may need an afternoon feeding

When you get near the Alton/Gilford line along the lake, major heaves. Tools and truck NO LIKEY!

Re: Ride, lakes region NH sunday ?

    back from my ride

met with Zygis at alton circle about 10:30, from there wee headed north along the lake, Rt 28A, Black Point Rd, Fort Point Rd, and Rt 28 to Ossipee, then 171 & 109 to Sandwich, and 113 & 3 to Ashland, then Winona Road, Rt 104 & Rt 132 to Tilton

at yam fries and a burger at the Tilton Diner, then Zygis headed north to make a Kanc run and I headed home via Rt 140, White Oaks Road, Rt 28, Rt 126, Rt 202 & Ten Rod Road

We found the frost heaves , and also that beach that the town of Alton calls Black Point Road southeren haLF of Route 132 was the worse, it required standing on pegs the northern half of Rt 132 was probably the smoothest secondary road

Glad you had a good ride! I got my bike fixed and went out for 110 miles locally along the coast / 62.

How long does it take for the Winni area to get reasonably cleared from sand. -I know last year sucked because of the flooding. What's the usual?

most of the roads are already clear of sand, lot of rain the past couple of weeks has helped,

town roads like Black Point road can be sandy all summer
