The track i ride at is in Rhode Island

There are two MX tracks in NH that i know of, i think neither of them are open to the general public tho? I just read the link the other night, i'll see if i can find it. They hold races and events at them so you can't just show up some saturday and ride it.

This is one of the NH MX tracks and Here is the other (no info in the second one so i'm not sure how it's set-up)

The track i've been riding at is private for now but i'll keep ya posted once things get a bit more established
