    Back-roads ride with gumby

The usual suspects, and a couple of new folks, braved the perfect weather conditions for just over 100 miles of "I don't know where the hell I am" fantastic riding today. Thanks gumby, for leading us at a perfect pace through some beautiful scenery.

We had quite an assortment of rides:

We all arrived geared up, and fueled up - although SwiftTone's bike appears to only get about 12 miles to the tank. Fifteen minutes in ..........

Did you have your GF with you on that RC again? 2up.. on an RC.. on "as good as off road". I'd have paid to have watched that.

    Bubba> sounds like niche fetish.

We should do a significant other ride and not tell them its going to be 300 miles. lol

It's not even like that. Just that I find "as good as offroad" a handful 1-up on my "adventure" bike that is hypothetically designed for that kind of absurdity.

    You. You brave.

I'm SI-less these days. So I guess you need to count me out of that one too. Unless you count my right hand.. she's always in tow.

It was a great time noting my first real ride of the season. Nice pace to get back into riding. Thanks Gumby!

It was about 120 miles Mike, not including miles to and from the meet up spot. I'd say we rode together for about three hours total, going between 20mph and 70mph. Those speeds, on the roads we hit, beats 200 miles on some other roads in the same three hours any day IMO.
