This meeting has been opened up to the non-SAE members(I am not a SAE member) with about 30 seats left. You get to meet the head of BMW Motorrad US, see a BMW S1000RR and I heard rumors of demo rides but I HIGHLY doubt that will happen.

Info:
BMW Motorrad is currently taking the motorcycle world by storm following the launch of their 1000cc Superbike – the S1000RR - that produces 193hp and is packed with features never seen on production motorcycles before.

Pieter de Waal, head of BMW Motorrad in the US, will share with us the reasons that made BMW decide to build a Superbike, why the bike was specifically designed to take the Japanese Superbike manufacturers head on, and the main design features and technical specifications of this unique motorcycle.

The S1000RR was campaigned in World Superbike road racing in 2009, but has not been available for public sale until now. Our presentation corresponds with the US debut of the bike which has been winning rave reviews in the world's motorcycle press. It is the most powerful bike in its class, and loaded with features not available from its competition. Combine this with very competitive pricing, and you have a motorcycle which is rocking the sport bike world.
