Great group, plus some nice roads & weather today. Thanks for joining guys, I enjoyed the day!

Six of us met in Bedford and before we could put the stands up this guy in a white pickup pulls into the lot and tells us he is supposed to be bringing a few bikes and trash over to the landfill. He says he thought there was going to be a bright red “multi” something or other with us today and he had orders to pickup it up and dump it. We told him we didn’t know what he was talking about so he went on his way.

    Here he is:

We ended up doing about 130 miles (from and back to meeting spot) which included back roads through Bedford and Amherst and onto 13 north in New Boston, 114 to 77 west to 103 north, and then 127 south over the dam in Hopkinton. Just a note: the road sign they have listing 15 mph and showing a ninety degree right arrow ……. respect that as an accurate heads up! Stopped in Hillsboro for coffee and fuel and then headed west on rte 9 taking advantage of a few WOT opportunities. Lastly 123 into Hancock (didn’t see "VFR with BMW hard cases" guy today) and then towards Bennington.

Greg, Mark, and Kenn had recently made a new friend in Francestown and wanted to see if he was around, so we cut through town on rte 47 …….. 2-3 mph over max. Didn’t see their buddy, so back through New Boston and into Bedford.

We saw what looked to be a few casualties (not from us though) out on the roads today …….. which included two squirrels and a red and white cat that won’t be home for dinner. Maybe a few rides left before the snow flies ….. keep your fingers crossed.
