Saturday Southern MA ride, 6/7

All right trying to get a ride together for this saturday 6/7. I was thinking heading out to Horseneck Beach Via dartmouth. I rode out there once before and it was a decent ride. Im looking for input from anyone on any good places to ride in that area or heck in southern MA anywhere. I did Myles standish last week so Id like to go some place else this week. All though I wouldnt mind going there again either. Mehh Im confused

If you are going toward Horseneck, there is some good riding in Westport and into Little Compton. Directly at Horseneck...not so much.

Im still unsure of the exact route. One of the 650 guys says he knows the area really well so Im trusting him. Im thinking of heading out from my house in carver ~10am. Id also like to do a mid-day break for lunch. Figuring a 4 hour total ride time.

Ok plans are firming up. 1st meet up spot(for me anyway) will be in Plymouth.

Coming from the North on Rte. 3 take the 1st Exit 6(there is an A&B) you'll be forced to right, From the south take exit 6 and turn left at the bottom of the ramp.
There is a plaza immediately on the right with a closed up Applebees. We'll be meeting there @ 10am

We'll be hooking up with two more people in Mattapoiset around 11am. that meet up spot is Oxford Creamery on Rte. 6. To get there take 195 to the mattapoiset exit, I have no idea what the # is. Im unsure of the off ramp layout so head towards the water. You'll meet up with Rte 6 ~1 mile up. Take a left and Oxford Creamery is up on the right.

My plan is to stop for lunch near Horseneck. There is a nice little restaurant with tons of outdoor seating there. Exact route and how far, long Dont know.

so banzi do you have an exact route planned out for the ride once everyone has met up, or just ride wherever. what im getting is that after the meet in plymouth we head back up north a bit? or are we gonna ride on the cape only

Not headed to the cape. We are heading Southwest towards the Mass./RI border.

How's the bike running?

Bike seems to be running good. new battery, oil change and a few other things and all is well at this point.

if your comin from the fall river area it's exit 19a, you go right off the exit. at your first set of traffic lights (rte. 6) take a left rte 6. east. Oxford creamery bout 1-2 miles on your right side. I am coachign baseball at 9am in new bedford and should be done at 10. i have to go to the families house and do some shit but i should be at oxford at 11ish.

county rd. i don't believe is marked county rd. it's the 1st set of traffic lights. rte 6. can't miss it
