i believe the plan is to require "standard" style 49cc scooters. no stand up razr-style, nothing that looks like a motorcycle (moped, pocketbike, etc). it needs to be sit down style, open between the knees with feet side by side, with most of the standard fairings and plastics intact at race start.

ideally, it should look something like this:

I now have a line on 2 possible scooters for for mechanically inclined individuals, one has no compression the other blown main seal. the blown seal scoot is a 150 but i can get a 50cc motor that should bolt in for cheap. will post prices as soon as o know em.

I'd be happy to twist said wrenches myself but unless things have changed you won't have the time or patience to tell me what I need to do.
