Let's try this again using the right thread(my bad)!
----
I'll be leading a (relatively) short ride Saturday afternoon through Southern NH, featuring the Crotched Mountain Region, Rte 13 from New Boston to Brookline and Rte 130 from Brookline to Nashua.
Details:
Just under 100 miles
Beginner to Expert Skill
TIGHT Twisties along the river
Good (tested 4/14) Road Conditions
Approx 3 hours
Some Towns Covered: Fremont, Sandown, Derry, Manchester, Goffstown, New Boston, Milford, Hollis
Departs: 12pm - Motorsports 101 - Rte 125 in Epping
Departs: 1pm - Derry Cycle, Crystal Ave in Derry
Close to 10 of us so far, all riders/skills are welcome
Get at me for more info
If you can you should try and hit Route 77.......that's a great road too just off 13
Funny you mention that!!! I've seen both ends of it, and it looks SICK from the map view. I'm almost thinking of reversing the route to start at 130, go up 13 and catch 77 on the tail and if I remember correctly it'll drop you in the Concord area on/around Rte 9.
Great idea!
If I can get my oil changed in time, I'll be there.

If anybody wants to ride up, I'm going to be at Honey Dew in Wakefield at 11:30am, take off at 11:45 to be in Derry before 1pm
I'm planning on taking Haverhill St. up as far as possible and then cutting over to 28. If anyone has a nicer route than 28 from that point, I'd take it.
Here's the route I'm planning

If you guys are hitting 77 you gotta rip down 149, I rode it with a friend yesterday and it's good to go. I'm shooting a pistol match in the morning and will try to haul up to derry by one, and I just got a new hoodie that matches my bike cause it's goin to be gorgeous out.
i'd be game but i don't think my license will agree... just got a ticket today for filtering past stopped traffic up to a red light to make a right turn![]()

damn wish i could but dont get out of work till 1
I'm not your typical rule/warning Nazi. But since you'll be in my backyard I'll throw out a couple of things.
As usual, be chill around the towns. But more specifically, the center of New Boston, and Mont Vernon on route 13. There WILL be police at the center of town doing their job, especially in MV.
Also, last year Milford was leading the crusade against loud bikes. Keep the rpm's low through the oval if you've got aftermarket exhaust.
Have fun all, wish I could join you.

HAHAH.. thanks for the heads up. This ride in particular is an annual ride for my guys... I ride it several times a year so we're pretty familiar with the speed nazi's on that route.
That is, however the first i've heard of the noise issue in Milford... I'll have to check into that, although, none of the regulars are very loud at all.
Wish you could make it!
Cool, didn't want to sound like a pain in the ass.
An article about Milford:

They were very aggressive last year on the noise. It started with mostly Harley's being targeted, but it spread to anything on two wheels as the season progressed. I don't know how it will be this year but it's at least good to be aware of. Have a good ride.
