Sportriders Experienced Rider Course- July 25

    Ken:

OK, I suppose this makes sense. I will probably dress down as you say, depending on the temps...

Also, I just got the inspection form with my confirmation letter. The inspection is pretty strict. Im pretty sure my 92 Yamaha FJ1200 will pass all these items, but its got a few miles on it (31k) and I'm worried something may not pass. If this happens, what will I have to do?

Willl I be able to get my money back for the course?

    Thanks,

    - Stefan

It's your responsibility to make sure your bike is safe- no refunds. But, don't worry. The bike would have to be neglected pretty bad to not pass. Decent tires, nothing leaking on the ground, and controls working smoothly are the main issues.

    Got It. Thanks.

I should be OK. The tires are good shape (rear is brand new) no leaks at all. Controls are all fine.

FYI, The SRNE ERC went off last weekend with 10 attendees, 4 who got perfect scores on their skill test. Nice job. And the weather was perfect.

    Ken:

Thanks again for a great course. I learned a lot, especally the old 'entry speed into turns and accelerate' idea. I really knew nothing about that, and was approaching corners completely wrong as a result.

Hope to see you racing sometime soon.
