Sunday 5/31 Group Ride

Stiggy and I have decided to organize another group ride for this coming Sunday.

Exact destination to be determined shortly. Figure on a Southern NH/Northern MA meet point, and plan for a good 8 hour ride (could go more if its anything like last Sunday)


Pace: Moderatle to Spirited & Varied, all are welcome and none left behind.

Only requirement is a desire to ride the day away.

We can understand.. you were prolly in the doghouse after we kept you out so late last week.

I will, however be doing a shorter rip saturday afternoon (no idea where yet) prolly just a tool around the area rip if you're down you're welcome to come along!

Okay... so the verdict is in:

Sundays ride will be an 8½ -10 hour rip west covering the Mohawk and Taconic Trails in MA & NY, with a return trip through the Green Mountains of Vermont.

-Kickstands up at the first meet at 9:30, 10:30 for 2nd meet point.

-We want to keep it to 12 or less people, so please confirm to me or Stiggy via PM for meeting locations (we will have 2 meeting points)

-All paces welcome. As a general rule we keep it fun and spirited but not 'lose your license' spirited. **No one is left behind**

-If you're interested but far away and don't want an early morning slab, I have space (and beer) available if you need to crash locally Saturday night.

-Lastly, be sure you're equipped for night riding in case the sun sets before you get home!

Actually this is a jointly planned route.. NY and VT have helmet laws too... God.. My hair is gonna be a f'ing MESS by the end of the day... Damn these helmet laws!

I'll definately be out riding on saturday.. just not sure where/when. I'm open for ideas.. hit me up! (preferably Maine or NH... I'll have enough helmet use in the other New England statres on Sunday!)

We probably looking at next weekend. We'll make a better call when the long range forecasts arent so long range anymore (Prob Tues or Wed next week).
