i attempted to take back roads last night there, but still fumbled my way to mass ave from the S. Station exit. i can get everyone to South Station using back roads, then we can find our way to mass ave from there. we wont be taking the highway.

From there I think your best bet is head over to Boston commons via Kneeland Street, then you basically go through/around commons to beacon then over to newbury (at the beginning).

i know the way to get over that way with the ammount of times i had to drive the wife to the Dr's in boston i know just how to get over that way.

ok, for those not familiar with the area. here's directions from the Mass Ave (exit 18) on rt 93



newbury is a one-way road heading towards mass ave, so you have to go past it and turn around


the bikes will be parked where those 3 vehicles are parked on the left outside of Starbucks and the ice creme place. that is Best Buy on the corner of Newbury and Mass Ave
