    Vermont twisties, Sat May 3

In case anyone's interested... My Triumph RAT pack has a ride this Saturday, May 3, heading down to East Wallingford to pick up Rt 140 (nice twisties) to Poultney, then NY Rt 18 to Whitehall, Rt 22 north to Ticonderoga, NY Rt 7 to Moriah Center, and the Crown Point bridge back to Vermont. If we have time we can throw T**** Road in there too.

Meet at 8:45am at the McDonald's on Shelburne Road in Burlington, or at 10am at Cyclewise on Rt 7 just north of Middlebury. And no, we don't care whether you ride a Triumph or not. In fact, I'll probably be riding my Suzuki.

The southern end and the NY side of that loop is, what a friend came up with for a ride. Wow...thought those names sounded familiar.

I'm not sure what your top secret T****** road is, but I think he got it into the loop he drew up....if T***** road has an E******* road to the south of it and the E road is one of the roads you mentioned above, then I know T****** road

Are you gonna come up to hit it again this year? Regards, Jake

I've never been on T***** road but in the pics i've seen from you guys, looks nice. the one to the south, last time we were on it there was a local driving a dump truck over it, doing upwards of 60mph....geez.

Uncle Snake you're from Barre area right?
I'm about 30 mins south of you in Bradford

I sold the 1K and bought a CRF that I am transforming for some street / track duty. if the right deal (17"rims and hubs)comes along I will get to do some street riding this year. if that doesn't work out I will take the old zx9 out of the woodwoirk just to enjoy new england in proper style.

I will probably be at McD's at 8:45. I'm trying to coax along one of my coworkers to come on his 675. I probably won't make it too long, we got off work at 7am.

are you taking some backroads down to cyclewise or straight down rt 7?

Probably just hop on Rt 7. We've got plenty of great roads later in the ride.

Weather forecast is currently calling for a 30% chance of occasional showers, so bring rain gear just in case.
