The rains were entertaining to say the least. Lose the front 5 times on the way to the apex, then roast the rear tire down the entire straight with the bike sideways. Repeat.

Guessing it might let him get his weight more over the front of the bike to aid with front wheel traction. Big tank rises quite high at the fill cap preventing sliding up on the tank.

Bingo. The big enduro tank is awesome for trail riding, but for closed course stuff like this(and ice), I don't need that capacity. Found an SX tank cheap on eBay, they said they could ship it right out, why not?

The tank will make it much more rippable on both flattrack and ice.

It has a silo where the filler cap would be. Basically puts the rider in the back seat.

I'd love to try this out but not sure I can skip my daughter's baptism this sunday.
Well, I could skip it, but I would need to set up a tent in the backyard for my residence.

Anyone thinking about racing next year? The site info is a bit limited as to classes/rules. This might be a cheapish way to get me back onto a track and competing.
