2009 - (Thursday Night) Newbury Pose: Part 12

I popped in on Newbury St tonight, just in case... It would seem that it is coming in to pose season.

While I was sitting there enjoying an ice cream a guy came up and started chatting about motorcycle parking in Boston. He then went on to talk about the "summer motorcycle scene" there on Newbury and how he thought it was a positive influence and kept the riff-raff out. I tried not to look too confused. Obviously doesn't have any teen or college age daughters. Or maybe there is a more respectable group on alternating weeks. Either way he seemed to think we were all upstanding citizens for not drinking a fifth of gin and doing burnouts.

So back to posing, eh. It is your civic duty.

not sure if anyone here does a daytime pose, but if you can snag a spot in front of Wired Puppy (~250 Newbury), I have to say it's one of new favorite spots...they have outdoor tables with a good view, underneath umbrellas, with outdoor power plugs so I can bring the laptop to study (and post on NESR )
