I spoke to him a few years ago. He used to own Green Mountain Scooter, it was in Stowe first then moved up to Morrisville before going out of business. He mentioned that he bought and sold all sorts of bikes. I guess he's looking to free up some cash for a new toy.
I'd really like to ride one of these things, but I'm not sure I'd want to own one. Scooter power plus terrifying reliability does not make for a perfect vehicle. There's a company making replicas of 1910 Harleys, these are probably cheaper than that one:
