    80 the next two days in Vermont...

    Which sign of the Apocalypse is this? It's been a while since I read Revelations. Supreme effort of will to not get lost on the way to work and end up at a beach somewhere.

    I have no intention of making it to work tomorrow. Just finished washing the Duc and I'm ready for an all day ride. If it's the Apocalypse I'm going to be riding when it happens.

    On my home yesterday I saw a bike on rte 2 near Waterbury that had a bicycle rack mounted on the back with a bike on it. Unrelated to thread, but just had to mention it.

    Saw the same guy on Tuesday heading north on Route 100 right near the Cold Hollow Cider Mill.

    Ugghh... bike started making noise last season, bought a new motor than started thinking maybe I was overreacting and could be cct... pulled it all apart to change cct and saw time was way off. Valve, pistons etc seeming to move fine. Pulled cams, re-timmed it but a turn by hand showed valves hitting pistons. Come to find the last deuschebag who worked on it put the lower sprocket that takes care of the timing chain on at some random point about 45 degrees away from the actual notch... pulled everything back apart, redid it all. corrected the lower end, new cct out and back in... started it up and same freaking racket.... so back to the 'change the motor' option... grrr... and just in time for the 80 degree weather to hide for a bit :/

    Wow... I love it...but gosh...I just think that is bat-$h1t-crazy. ... but I sooo want to do that. ;-) I saw a picture of a Nighthawk 750 pulling a trailer...that might be interesting...if I really wanted to bring my bicycle along. Actually, there are these folding bicycles that are quite good & compact. Of course, if you want to go mountain biking.
