    !!!

Good news for all the Ducati fans -- Cyclewise is now a Ducati dealer, as of three weeks ago!

I test-rode a Streetfighter today. Nice bike. I figured it was going to be pretty beastly, but it was actually surprisingly easy to ride. It's pretty docile at lower revs... and the way it's geared, I didn't manage to get it higher than third gear (in which it's at an easygoing 5k rpm at 60mph) -- considering my Cyclewise test-ride history, I chose not to push it and risk this test-ride costing me another $320. Really would have liked someplace to open it up though more than a couple of short roll-ons (lots of torque!).

Just bustin your balls...I'm stoked as well, though I think its better for me to admire the bikes as they sit in the show room rather than take them for a crash test . Glad you had a smooth ride, with no run-in's with 5-0!
I want to take the Sport 1000 out though. Gorgeous bike!

Yeah, that's what I really wanted to test-ride, but they haven't finished prepping it yet. Joey promised me I could ride it in a week or two though.
