App gap Ride Report

[MotoFreak]

F4IGuy and I shot up 17 today, and its pretty much unchanged as far as I'm concerned since last year. There are a couple new bumps here and there, and some cracks expanded, but other than that the road is free and clear, very little debris!
My gf accompanied us for her first experience on a motorcycle, and not only did she enjoy herself, but turns out she is a very good passenger...even though she was scared outta her wits once we started up the Mountain!

Pics...the Kawi is 95% done, but rides like a dream and goes like hell. Very happy with the work thats been done, and super excited to have her back on the road! Awesome ride today Ty!

It looks like you have a corbin seat on your 9r, how are you liking it? I'm not the biggest fan of the stock seat and was seriously considering a corbin.

Its actually a sargent seat...heavier than stock, but much more comfortable, 4 hours straight will still make your butt sore, but its def. a good upgrade IMO.

Ahh, I have an '03 9r. Sargent doesn't have one for my year. It looks just like a Corbin too lol.

I've got a Sargent. I've heard lots of great things about them but mine feels like a plank of oak. YMMV.

If you feel like riding to Ithaca, NY, on Thursday and camping for the night, you could keep me company on the ride back home through the Adirondacks on Friday. Including T Rd.
