I have plans after, and since I don't currently have a usable rear tire, I might stop by in my car to say hi, but I won't be staying long. For anybody interested, Rocky Mountain ATV seems to be the cheapest place to pick up a Pilot Road 2 ($142 shipped).

Have fun tonight guys. Just got to work...its 4:50am...Really wish I could leave, be back in VT, hop on the duc and make the short drive down the hill for a slice, some sunshine, look at Parker all ooogly eyed, make a creemee run and call it one helluva Tuesday night...but its not gonna happen for quite a while. I simply don't get days off. I'll be there in spirit.

    Cheers!

Man, trying to sell the condo and buy a house is starting to get in the way of bike night...

    Have fun! Weather looks great.

That being said - anybody want to buy a condo??

Re: Burlington Bike Night (Every Tuesday from 5:30-8pm)

So we had about 70 bikes tonight and lots of unique stuff! A bunch of nice cruisers for once, which was nice in my opinion. Two hayabusa's; One had a handicapped plate on it which is interesting, but deserved. Owner is a good guy.
The other is turbo'd and stretched with a 310 series rear tire. I spoke to the owner for quite a while, older guy. He actually built the bike himself so respect to him. He keeps it obscenely clean. Even the inside of the exhaust sparkled.

A woman named Tracey showed up on her Harley. She lives 8 hours north in Toronto and is just riding with no specific destination. She asked us where to head!

4 girls rode in on their own bikes which was nice.

Check out this panoramic shot I got, I think it's pretty sweet:

You woulda liked it. Nicely put together bike. Not the best track bike, but no doubt a lot of fun.

Since tomorrow is Tuesday..I have been plugging Burlington Bike Night on the air... as a promotional tool, I told my listeners that if you show up on a motorcycle, then find Parker & give him a big dope slap, you get a free soda.

...or...do you just have to show up on a bike? I forget.

Hoping the weather turns around... I have 4 newbies I'm trying to get to show up.

I know we could all ride in the rain - but they aren't easily convinced.

Foster and I are going to gauge the weather at 415 and decide what mode of transportation we are taking to Bike Night.

I was told that two friends of mine might show up, but unfortunately I will most likely not be there. The damn UPS man was supposed to deliver my tire and my dynabeads (and some for you too Mark, since I owe you some), but he just left the dynabeads. Oh well, hopefully I'll be there on two next week

Your tire would last the few miles to Bike Night, Keith. Just saying.

A couple guys from the track - and a couple friends that have never been.

Not looking good right now though - the thunderstorms will scare them off

They were talking about an 80% chance of downpours yesterday, and it barely drizzled off and on for a few minutes. Don't worry about it till you're actually getting ready to head to Bike Night... and then ride regardless. It's just water.
