Thanks guys!
Really appreciate all the kind words.
I'm pretty glad that this thing is wrapped up though, it dragged on a little too long as most projects tend to do. Now it's time to ride.
:beerbang: Love it!
love it, that thing is awesome!
truly BADASS!!! saw one of these on the road the other day... way cool!!!!
So seriously, is this machine a viable around town kinda bike? As far as power and maintenance go? Not talking highway rips, but back roads and city traffic?
Congrats man! The project has been a blast to follow and the finished product looks amazing!
:plusone:
btw, my favorite part is that big ass chrome headlight. You need those indexed washers or indexed flange nuts to keep her tight.
Spec-friggin'-tacular job on the teedub, man- it looks awesome! Time for me to get to work!
For some reason now I really want to get one of these and motard it. Haha
Thanks for sharing. I bought this same bike just three weeks back so I could ride dirt with it then turn it into a street chop in a year or so. Your work inspired me.
I already own a 2010 T-Dub and a 2006 T-Dub (gave to my son).
Great bikes. More fun and smiles then any of my bike heavy weight cruisers.....ever!
That's it... I now have to street my MT250... haha. GREAT JOB on the build man! LOVE that headlight!
hahaha thats awesome, ive wanted one of those since i rode it for my msf course
Wow, someone bumped an old thread! Anyway, in the time since my last post I added a few things (including miles):
Replaced old fork oil with 20 weight
Replaced seat cover with cover made by mac32756 on eBay.
Added Western Powerspot off-Road handguards
Added Acerbis universal supermoto front fender

That thing is gorgeous. So nice to see someone doing their own work and being so creative. Wanna HD project next? I'll let ya borrow mine!
What a great thread!! It makes me wish I had a garage even more.
Wow that bike is gorgeous! Love the simplicity of it.
