    never had a chance to take the floating bridge route, since it reopened, till this weekend

    what a disappointment, it don't sink into the water anymore, glad I had the opportunity when it still did

    The Brookfield Floating Bridge is a floating bridge that carries Vermont Route 65 across Sunset Lake.

    The Floating Bridge was originally built in 1820 and has been rebuilt eight times since.

    Looks like it takes about 25 years to get waterlogged each time.
