Hey, did you get to the DMZ? I saw that one of my VTANG friends made it over there for some tourism. So sick!

    Did you eat any Bimbibap?

Man, I'd love to get to ROK someday.

    Pictures from your trip please.

i did go to the DMZ. it was really cool to see, it really gave me an appreciation of the tensions that still exist over there that we never hear about. ill get pics up soon, i need to get a bunch off my freinds camera.

i ate lots of kimshi, bulgogi, ect....all of which promtly exited my body violently. ill try anything once, but korean food doesnt agree with me!

im an aircraft mechanic, or crew cheif, if you will. basically maintain and oversee maintenace of all systems on our assigned aircraft. specifically f-16c's. sort of like a race car team has specialists for different systems, and a crew cheif to bring everyone all together, same type of thing.

    Welcome back!

Now get those tires studded up!!! The pond has way too much snow on it but I've been experimenting with riding where the snowmobiles have packed down trails. This weekend sounds warm-ish and that should help!

Yeah, um, that whole concept of riding pit bikes on packed snow is a joke. I just took it out on the neighbors snowmobile trails that are beat down solid and all I did was dig in. Even when I got off the bike, left it in first, and tried to push it. Any spinning and I just sunk through. It was a blast ripping up and down the snow/ice/dirt road though. I guess we'll have to wait for Monkton Pond or Lake Iroquios to show its ice.

Def. do it Brett. They re-organized everything this year for the Race School. You do you Rookie Race on Friday, and get everything in your hand, ready to race for Sat. No more BS like John, Jason, and I had to go through. Should be much better, but you'll still have to share the track in the afternoon with Race Practice.

    How's that SV coming along?

yeah, i think that may be a while unfortunately. maybe we can find a spot where some dirtbikers have cleared off some sort of track. ill ask around.

yeah, im really looking foward to it. i wanted to get a trackday in before the school to shake the bike down and get back into the groove, but we'll see how it pans out. the sv progress halted for a while here, but all i realistically have left is sending in the suspension to get refreshed, drill some more bolts for wire, and get new rubber on. other than that its just general re-assembly which would take less than a day. all the parts are here.
