Mint FZR i spotted

hey guys, i was out running some errands today near burlington and saw this really mint FZR.

Looks like a 600

I just picked up a 400.. i've bolted on some woodcraft rearsets and gave it a racetech upgrade in the front. I'm looking for some lower fairings if anyone has any leads.

those are rare, i saw a black 400 early this summer i think thats the only one i've seen on the street. it looked repainted

i read alot about them, when they came out they were one of the first with aluminum frame and at the time the fzr 6 had a steel frame. I guess a few years later they updated the 600.

yup, aluminum frame and swingarm, revs to 14k rmps...fun little scoot. It's primarily for my gf to ride on the street, but its a fun project so far. a 17 inch rear would be nice to put some trackday tires on it, as sticky 18 inchers are only available in Europe.

Yup, saw that at RSM this summer. Very clean, very nice bike. I saw a super trick 400 on the WERA boards with a built motor, 6R front fairings, yellow, with black and red decals...hot. I was going to look into buying it, then remembered that someone put lots of time and $$$ into it, and I would end up tossing it down the track.

I don't think it's a matter of him wanting to throw it down the track... it's a matter of him not being able to help throwing it down the track.
