Not unless you know people with trails on their property and have permission to use them... There are no publicly-accessible trails in Vermont that allow motorcycles. The snowmobilers have seen to that. We're limited to Class 4 roads, or the aforementioned private property.
It's cool though, it was just a suggestion.

You're getting to know me already!
There are definitely a few spots where the landowners don't seem to care, such as the area up in Milton. I've heard about some trails in Hinesburg as well where people look the other way. But it's pretty hit or miss -- I've been hassled by landowners even on Class 4 roads, which may look abandoned but are still a public right of way.seriously though, there are many places to ride, where nobody knows you're even there.
Sorry if I'm coming off as a bit sour, it's just a frustrating issue. Like I said in another thread, it's irritating that Vermont has no public riding areas, whereas you'll find a public trail all the way across Newfoundland, or running alongside the road on the north side of the St Lawrence, with lots of smaller trails branching off. It would be nice if we had those kinds of resources here.
Like I said though, I was just making a suggestion; sorry to hijack your thread. And Doc and I know each other well enough in person to pick on each other a little on the forum.

Interested in seeing what kind of lay-out you're thinking of...
If I find work back home (Burlington) I would definitely want to help with this.
