    Newport

    I don't post much on NESR but I figured I'd ask anyways. I'm vacationing at a house in Newport on the lake from 7/17- 7/24. Don't have a trailer but I'm thinking about riding up.

    Everyone I planned this with backed out, so its just me and the g/f together for a week. Thinking the bike will be a nice change of pace from......her But I'm not entirely sure I feel like doing 4 hours of straight slab. Anyone in this area care to meet up? If not, can you recommend some destinations to ride to?

    Too many to mention. Just look on Google Maps and work out a nice loop. You can't go wrong with any of the roads up there.

    Ill be trailering my bike up this Saturday. Anyone have any recommendations for things to do? I figured Jay Peak would have mountain biking but it looks like its only golf.

    I might take a ride down to Classic Bike Experience on a nice day and check that place out. Other than fishing and drinking I don't have much planned.
