Must be Ted of Ted's Flyin Hogs?
edit: On second thought it might be the guy who organized the now defunct Mad River rally, I think his name was Ted also.

It's definitely Ted from Ted's Flying Hogs. I had my bike inspected there over the summer and they were handing out flyers in the shop.

The first incident was an assault in the Champlain Farms parking lot Nov. 7 shortly before midnight. Security cameras show Ted Brunell, 53, owner of Ted’s Kar Kare, walking toward the store when he begins talking to a young man with blond hair, wearing a baseball hat backward and smoking a cigarette.
Feccia said the video shows the man blowing cigarette smoke into Brunell’s face and arguing with him. The footage shows Brunell slapping the cigarette out of the man’s mouth, then the man punching Brunell twice in the face. Brunell falls to the ground, unconscious, and the other man kicked him in the head.
The man drove away in a still-unidentified truck, though police believe it it’s an American-made pickup.
Brunell was taken to Central Vermont Medical Center by ambulance, then was transferred to Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, where he had surgery the following day. His jaw was broken in two places, and had to be wired shut; he also had a severe cut on the back of his head, said his daughter, Cammie Brunell. Brunell is home now, recuperating.
