Track Days

Ok Vermonsters.

I'm looking to get the Duc back on the track this spring. I ended with a great day on the 29th of September, and followed that up with a couple of days over in upstate NY on the Road that shall remain nameless in October.

So, start planning now. I'm interested in at least one or both of the TTD at NHMS on the 18th and 19 of April, and perhaps the BoMo day on May 9th.

Of course there's always pit bike track time in Barre...which is OUSTANDINGLY fun too.

I'd love to hear who's gonna be headed down. Doc, do you know of any other early season dates?? Thanks guys.

I'm hoping to do one of the later BoMo days at NHMS on the Sprint, so you should put off your BoMo day That is, of course, assuming I don't crash the Sprint before that

I think I have 3 BoMo track days remaining on my membership from last year and I plan on using them at Loudon. Right now I'm open to going down whenever. I'd really like to go down to a TTD or two as well but I want to see how the first race weekend goes before I make any commitments.

I'm planning on hitting up most race weekends. The first one is April 16th, 17th so if you're bored on the days prior to your trackday there should be a few of us there...

I'll see you at the pitbike track... I'm an addict now. The studded tires are a blast on frozen ground and I'm looking forward to taking it out on the ice.

Awesome Doc. Can't wait to get the pitbike back out too. As for days later in the summer, I can't commit to them yet because I don't know if I have to move for residency. Regardless, I'm game for the April trackdays (TTD). So I can DEFINITELY use the $40 Tony's Bucks if you don't want 'em.

The month of May will be a bit trickier with graduation coming and getting some requirements taken care of, but I may get to the BoMo day.

And yes Trouble, I'll definitely see you in Barre. Let's recruit some folks for a day in April!

I'd keep the 998 exclusively for the track if I could find a 2007 1098S Tricolore. I'm in love with that bike. There's one on the Ducati forum, but I think its long sold.

I know i'm going to TTD may 23rd and 24th, but the rest of the season is still up in the air.

Yup, I've heard that bikes at Laguna Seca's days are numbered, especially for track days and amateur stuff. No more Keith Code School there, only a couple others and nothing with them after April.
So pacific track time is opening up a waitlist kinda thing for a "proposed" track day in October, at the last track on my "GOTTA RIDE IT" list. I had to take the shot, I'm on the list and will just rent a 1098 from San Fran' or sumpin' to do the damn thang.

Last year was my first year up here, new to this marriage thing again, so took a break from track and racing. After this winter, I's got dee ITCH!

Thinking motards for this summer too? Any knowledge about how to get into that around here?

I gotta get up to Barre with my Pitster Pro too! Can't wait to meet up with some of you Burlington crazies.

Already have a hook up for it, a European sport bike shop in San Fran, 1098 for $2something/day. Track junky buddies of mine from NC have done this track in the past that way. just don't crash, good bye deposit. Hello hassle
