Wish I could go get it, but I got a massive ear infection last week, and while riding the pressure changes in the helmet make me feel like me head is going to explode. At this point drilling a hole in my head would be less painful than riding the bike.

It's in Manchester. If one of us goes down there (on a weekend of course) the farthest we can move it in 1 day would be 50 miles.... Or the Pittsford/Rutland area.


Then it would sit for another week or two and get taken down South again.

How bout just repealing the relay rule for 2 people max. That way we have to make a team effort to get the tag, showing more than one person cares about it rather than send 1 hardcore rider down to move it 150 miles.

A relay totally defeats the spirit of the game. The whole point is that you need to FIND the tag. So repealing that rule would make the game pointless.

Whatever, you guys can change the rules around all you want or you can just ride and try to make the best of what we have.

There may only be 4 people doing the southern tags, but if you look at the numbers there were always only a handful of people doing northern tags too with the occasional straggler. Us southern taggers have increased our tag counts 3x what it was when the tag was up north, so at least we're making the effort to find these things.

I appreciate "spirit of the game" and all that,

But if I was to hump it all the way up to the North, I'd want the freedom to put it back in my own back yard, if I wanted to.

There has to be some way to reward the poor sucker that slabs it 150miles, there and back, to take part in the "spirit of the game"?

I thought the only thing the 50miles was intended to do, was to assist in locating the tag, or narrowing down the possibilities.

Hell, I don't know jack about nuttin' here in 'VT and my dumb ass found the last several on "Gurgle Maps".

I even GOT one! Pretty good for a short bus'er from North Cackalackee.

I'll make the motion for, "If you ride to it, put it were you want, with a decent clue or clues".
