Team Hammer's running a school/practice the day before.

If I were to do this myself, my lil Forester gets about 20mpg @80mph towing, so I'd be looking at $570 in gas... car pooling sounds like a great idea! : )

It's Biketoberfest there, or at least it used to be during the ROC.

Plus, it's Daytona, go to the beach, go to the strip clubs, hell, go to Disney if you want.

The trip in general helps extend the summer.

There is no "free" at Daytona. Unless things really have changed. I think it's $300 for a garage in March.

I'm still looking for a loaner bike. Motard doesn't cut it there, but last time I raced daytona my laptimes were great (after i learned where to go left and where to go right)

the spring ccs mailer had rental fees for the garages for first daytona race. im assuming its gonna be the same for the roc
