waiting on my rear master & OEM rearset brackets in the mail. the lower triple is getting an OEM damper mount tab welded on today. hopefully get that lower triple & Ohlins damper installed tonight. I've gotta cut the bodywork for frame sliders too

mine are rusted in solid, they are not gonna come out.. may just snap off if I tried...

Jim, I have a Drill press ar work took all of 2min plus I clean them up on the wire wheel...gets all the shit off the threads so the go in like they had ASTROGLIDE on them....and I have a whole set so if you mess any up let me know..

and your rectifire is in a Diff place than mine>>>>>>??????? wonder why

i did. after taking out the original one, we noticed it's got tapered race bearings. the new one has stock bearings. so it would be easier to fix the 1st lower, and keep the 2nd lower as a spare

i have access to a drill press, just dont want to take the bolts off

my subframe has been cut after the seat, so it got moved

That was the conclusion I came to with my GS500E. I tried for 3 days to coax them out... heat, big ass impact guns, PB Blaster, Rost Off Ice, no luck. I just said they were welded in place after that... only got asked about them once.
