What's the hot setup on a naked 1st gen?

Looking for 1 step above the turkey roasting pan with safety wire hack.

Called Woodcraft, assumed they'd have something - no such luck.

You can pretty much take any race lower from any bike and make it fit.
Tons of mounting points on frame, radiator, etc. couple aluminum brackets and you are set.
Trust me if I made it seem easy, it really is easy.

Slightly off topic but if you want to go full fairings I have 2005ish 749 Ducati upper and lower you can use if you go a different route.

Yoyodyne used to have a pan for a 1g. Looks like their bodywork is now made by sebimoto. I see an SV pan listed on sebimoto's site but not yoyodyne's.

Is there enough clearance so that if the front compresses completely that the tire does not hit the belly pan and break it off somehow? Think turn 10 transition compression.

I'll look over it in person this weekend. Jimmy put it together for us and he races so he gets the details like we do. Tough to tell from the picture but my gut says he accounted for it. Will def. make sure before we send young Jack out for rd. 1.

clearance was a concern when i mocked it up on my 2nd gen SV but not the reason why I am not going to use it. My main concern was getting a fairing stay for it. The vortex SV stay sat too high and I was not about to start bending the ears.

The upper would've required being hacked away so much it just didn't make sense.

Jesus. Rule book says belly pan must catch 3 quarts of fluid, not 30!
