Looks like Pit out might be a little better.
If they intend on dumping the riders further toward T3 I could agree with that. Problem is, if the final placement of turn 2 ends up moving closer to where the new pavement is then I'm not so sure pit out would end up quite the same as what we experienced during the weekend trackdays.
..and FWIW, all this is for a new midget car oval.

They removed 30ft of wall and the cw station and paved over all the grass. We didn't run the new config but it seems to me that if you late apex 1a a little more it'll be more of a straight shot onto the back straight thus carrying more speed into 3.
There was talk about the changes being made to try to appease the AMA and try to get them back. Look for more changes in the future.....think T9-t10 area :shhh:
