I'm hoping to meet with the ECK guys in the next week or two to discuss our garage situation and 1000 other things.
We'll probably have a spot... mabye two. Gotta discuss how we're gonna fix that.

I am fairly certain that we'll be hanging bikes from the rafters in the RSP garage, or perhaps building some type of elevator so we can store them on the roof.

Won't you please help LRRS support these poor, shelterless refuges? For the low price of someone to pick on, someone to send on errands, someone to chip in to the garage bill or grab your stands and warmers while you gear up at 3rd call you can bring a little shade to a racer's day.

There are a lot of new racers from the forums starting up this year. Some of them may be on here and BoRn, but some of them aren't. Might be a good idea to start a thread over there also Josh. I'd bet you could get enough together to rent a garage, and if they've got an ounce of sense, they'll be eager to rent space with someone who's been around the block at LRRS.

I've pinged Wanda asking for a list of open bays, if there are any. If so, I'd be willing to organize a garage if there are 2 to 3 others looking, but I'll have to be a jerk and get money up front as I can't eat that hit in one shot by myself.

I just got the list of open garage bays as of noon today. Wanda wasn't kidding when she said they were going fast. Amusingly, the 'Newbie' garage has been moved from beside Peter Kates to where Dana's Home for Wayward Racers was in Center 15. Price is $1225 for the season, or $175 a weekend. $306 per person if dividing 4 ways, $408 if dividing 3 ways 'cause you like having elbow room. I have seen 6 to 8 machines successfully share a garage if you REALLY want to cut the costs down.

You can't buy per weekend, you either commit for the season or stick to the infield. What you CAN do is provide a CC and they'll only bag it a couple weeks prior to each race for $175, but they're going to tag you for every weekend weather you show or not.
