I'm worried that I'll look like an ass out there with the real sumo riders, but, it won't stop me from trying. Smutty, you could just do the supermoto and no LRRS for the experience.

I get lrrs races for free from last year's championship. The ECK Racing team captain Peter Gaboriault will be rocking my tard instead for ama

AMA license is $49 per their website.

And it is $150 per class.

Is anyone planning on doing the endurance race? If my wrist heals up in time, I'd be interested in being someones Amateur +1

I literally dreamed about finishing third in a race at the Classic. One step at a time I guess. Podiums are podiums.

Haven't dug into it yet, will be starting this week. My body is healing like wolverine though, no breaks and my wrist is nearly back to full function.

    Re: 2015 Loudon Classic

The last classic I attended was sometime in the late 80's. AMA was in town. The race was sponsored by Camel cigarettes. We didn't have seats, couldn't get them, just tickets to stand and watch. I watched a guy named "bubba" crash into some hay bales roughly where NASCAR T1 is today. He was going the wrong way.. but then so was everyone else.

Anyone know if the supermoto race is televised/webcasted anywhere? Would love to see the pros running.

Not that I'm aware of, so far just highlight reels from the AMA a few days later, and fan footage on youtube.

Is an AMA "competition" membership the same as a license? I don't have a tard, but I am bike curious... and yeah, I am leaving in 20 hours for to be there!!!

    Re: 2015 Loudon Classic

All you need is the regular ama membership and a race license. If you aren't a member of the ama, you can buy a one day pass to race.
