a good weekend. havent had a good weekend since the first race weekend
went out sunday for the T-bikes race and was 1st (in class) into T1. nobody to chase and no one challenging so i cruised some consistant 24s.
time for Super Twins... i get a good start and am 3rd into 1. i pass the guy on the Duc for 2nd on the second lap and figure thats as far as im going since the guy on th Touno in 1st has checked out. but i ride hard as i realize im MUCH faster than on the backside of the track. his bike is SOOO much faster in a straight line that every lap is 3 steps forward 2 steps back. all of the sudden he blows T11 and i suck up 2 seconds on him. he looks back on the straight and doesnt see me. im riding so hard into T1 trying to catch him that im drgging everything! my knee, leg,boot,toe, and peg! and im having a blast. i get a shot at him in T3 but im not close enough to even show him a wheel. he looks back again going up the hill and still doesnt see me. he starts backing off a little (doesnt want to crash out of 1st) and i start wringing the SVs neck. on the last lap im on his rear wheel for almost the entire lap. i almost rear end him in the bowl but stay on it. i figure i got 1 chance and thats if im close enough in T11 i can go around the outside and stuff into the chicane. no such luck
tight 10 next weekend... hope you are all ready. i cant wait
never look back. just assume someone is on your ass
