Stop at the gate, assuming you haven't bought into the hard credentials program. If you've pre-registered for 3 or more races let them know at the gate and they'll ask for your race number. Once they have that they'll have an envelope that has your weekend gate pass already in it along with your tech sheet, no fee. If you haven't pre-reg'd for 3 or more races, pay up, chump.

Once inside, take sheet, bike, lowers off but in tow, helmet and transponder to tech, receive stickers, race.

I've never gotten a tech sheet at the gate. They always have it at tech, that can be just me. Although I do think I'm pretty special.

This. Tech has the tech sheets. All you get is your arm band and get to sign the waiver.

Depends a bit on how you are paying I think... I always elect to pay at the track, so I have to go to registration to get my sheet.

For yellow AM plates, must there be any distinction between the plates themselves and the bodywork? Ie can I spray my whole tail yellow and stick numbers to it?

Check the rule book, all you NEED is I think 1/2" of background color around the numbers...

Yes you can spray your whole tail and just stick the numbers on there

You probably don't want to paint on the number plates anyway. I did and should not have.
Use a rough cut bit of vinyl like everyone else does until you get it looking really good, then have stickers made like the big boys do.

I'm going to attempt to dip the whole thing yellow, then mask an area for the plates and do the rest silver. I have no idea how this will turn out, but I've been wanting to try this plastidip stuff on something. I know this sounds like a stupid way to do it, but my understanding is that the silver I want to use can only be applied over a base coat. The yellow can work as a base coat. Hence yellow first, then masking, then silver.

Brian, sorry in advance for copping your style. The only yellow dip I can find locally is the highlighter color.

I interpreted this as, "if you didn't fill out and send in a medical form with your license renewal, then you need to do this." I mean, its the same bloody form. I'm just going to print a copy of what I sent in already just in case. Nothing personal regarding the guys at tech, but I'm not sure how giving my Protected Health Information (PHI) to whoever happens to be the tech guy of the moment in the garage is HIPAA compliant.

If you just click "about me - > profile" then collapse the Hamburger menu and scroll to the bottom do you see a license?

If I look under licenses mine shows expired, but in my profile it shows active.

You should contact your team manager if there's a problem .
