Rediculous. I really hope this isn't true. Sets a horrible precedent.

Typical for Italy, racing deaths seem to require an investigation to determine culpability. Years after Ayrton Senna's death in F1 they were still looking to prosecute his race team for mechanical negligence.

Thats sad. However, I tend to agree in a case like that, throw the red flag, especially with him laying in the track. However, the doctor said he wasnt breathing and they needed a respirator in the ambulance. As for dropping him, I cant imagine walking through that much gravel is easy. I dont blame the guy, it was a sad accident on top of the accident. But to charge racers, ridiculous.

Williams finally got back Senna's FW16 two years ago? The Italian authorities held onto it for that many years doing the investigation.

no-one's getting charged and the story is bullshit.
badly translated and no racers named , the authorities are law bound to look into it , thats all.No-one will be charged and it's another classic internet bullshit story taken to the extreme and now it's posted all over the shop and the rumor mill is in hyper drive........
