    AMB battery replacement

My battery is toast. Anyone ever have theirs replaced?

This is one of the used LRRS transponders that they were selling last winter.

    Thanks Shawn.
He does a great job...turn around can be slow if backlogged.
I would get transponder to him quick.
    All,
make sure to charge your transponder at least once over the winter (every three months) and keep out of the winter garage.
He would not tell me what he uses to dissolve the epoxy encasing the electronics.... don't try to change yourself - you will need a new transponder if you do :-)

It was like $109 US for the battery and shipping back to the US.

I think I spent like $13 to ship from USPS to Australia.
