I was going to set my trailer up for the 2nd anual infield burnout loop...........................however. The "new owner" of NHMS is enforcing a NO BURNOUT rule/law/bullshit this weekend anywhere on the property. Apparently it's a safety issue???? If you are caught doing a burnout the rent a cops will escort you off the property.
I just called NHMS front office and apparently they are going to try to enforce this. This ought to be an interesting weekend.
I certainly don't want to be escorted off the property and loose my race fees so I will refrain from what would have been the 2nd annual infield burnout loop.
The man keeping us down again.

Sad sad day my man. What the fuck is the Classic without burnouts.
It's like.................um like ..............x-mas without fuckin Santa Claus.

well burnouts CAN be a safety issue... especially with a beer or five in you. Remember last year at Connor's memorial party, one guy knocked into another racer's bike and almost launched it through the garages? Burnouts 2-up is not a good idea... little too much bite. Anyway, we all sign waivers, and we race bikes! It's ridiculous that burnouts are deamed too dangerous.
KB - new rule. Until 'Jesus Free You' is reprimanded for his roller derby racing, i'd safe burnout's are fine... NHMS has other things to worry about, you show em!
(let me know how it works out, they really did try to escort me out for a pit bike wheelie)

Has anyone thought bout making a burnout pit area? Maybee they could run a burnout contest in the SCCA parking lot near the front. Some insurance company would sponsor it and all you need is a couple or Jersey barriers. I'll bet you could get tire sponsors too.
If noone does it this year, I will work on it for next year.

maybe next year KB...and then it can be the Bi-annual burnout loop.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...
